Calling all iOS Developers! We have long been working on a solution to allow Minima to run natively on iOS and have an interim solution in testing which allows an iOS App to link to a cloud node. However this isn't the ideal and of course comes with the cost to the user of running that cloud node, where what we ideally would want is the node running Natively, at no additional cost to the user - keeping a level playing field with those running Minima on their Android devices. With our development pipeline being as busy as it is, we know that to reach the point of having that native iOS node ready to go would take longer than we would like. This is why we are today announcing a 2 week iOS Developer hackathon - we want you in the Community to have a go at creating a native iOS node! The first developer to submit a functioning iOS node will win a bounty of 300k Native Minima To get involved, simply email secopps@minima.global with the title 'Minima iOS' for all the details. Submissions close on Wednesday 26th July at 1200 UTC. Good luck & happy coding! Your Minima Team
